Or I'll just have to walk from gate to gate and wait? Thanks for your answers, I'm new to flying with connections in the USA.
The USA is like México in that passengers arriving from another country must pass immigration, and customs prior to going on; for you, immigration, retrieve baggage, pass customs (turn bags in at the baggage return desks) and end up landside. Back through security and airside.

If you have Admirals Club privileges (you can buy a pass for $50 for one day, or better yet a thirty day membresía for $99, which gives you access over 30 days to all Admirals Clubs (NRT, etc.) with two guests or members of your immediate family.

You'll arrive at Terminal D, but the wonderful huge rain showers with wall nozzles in the ex-Arrivals Lounge in Terminal A will refresh you, are usually immediately available - and you can access all DFW terminals in minutes with the SkyLink (click above to expand and read the wiki).

¡Facilísimo! Bueno, casi. Feliz viaje. (Ex-morelense.)
