No. DB MCOs are only good for AC/AC Jazz operated flights. Unless you are holding a Star Alliance MCO (which does exist), the MCO is only good on flights operated by the airline that issued it.

Miles are not part of DB compensation, definitely not these days.
Empress I was given a *A cert by AZ, are you saying I can only use this if AZ issues the ticket??? The voucher says "valid on all Star Alliance carriers.
