These were passengers who were going to purchase entry. When got to the desk and handed over EI card got straight in much to the annoyance of couple in front who had been turned away and passenger behind.

Yes it can get busy especially in the Summer. Glad they are giving priority to airline cards and not walk ins. Thats the way it should be. ^
