Every time breakfast that should be complimentary shows up on the bill, or a $100 F&B/spa credit is not applied to my bill, the cynic in me wonders if this is truly an honest mistake. It could be that the hotel's unofficial policy is to not proactively honor those benefits unless a guest raises the issue at check out.
