In theory you can call Delta and have them book using AF flight numbers.

I search for S or above at delta.com and that usually gets me a few PE options. Look for results that say 'mixed cabin' and you will usually see the TATL leg in PE.
Expedia is much, much easier. But if you have a DL credit or discount you're stuck trying to force delta.com to sell you these fares.
