Billing Mistakes with a flagship 5 star property known for details oriented GM and his team? Impossible it has never happened as they have impeccable trained polished professionals here that always exceed expectations with the finast execution

Sad IMHO but you really have to find some humor in this or it would be really sad!
I don't look at redeeming points any different than revenue when I book a stay but to each their own thoughts on the topic
A great stay is what it is and so is a deeply flawed one IMHO
