Delatite Riesling 2006, Upper Goulburn, Victoria
Delatite is a medium sized family run winery established in 1982 by Robert and Vivienne Ritchie. Specialising in cool climate aromatics it is sited on a picturesque rise with sweeping views across Mt Buller in North-East Victoria. The wine has strong floral and citrus aromas. The fullness and depth of these flavours are balanced with lively acidity and the wine develops complexity and richness with bottle age.

The Lane Block 10 Sauvignon Blanc 2014, Adelaide Hills, South Australia
Planted on a steep south facing slope, this block of Sauvignon captures the rich mineral assets that make the vineyard special. Pale straw with green hue in colour, the wine has flavours of seamless passionfruit, rocket and lemon thyme.

Clonakilla is Australia's most celebrated name in Shiraz Voigner, and O'Riada is it's blend from four vineyards around the district of Murrumbateman, just north of Canberra. "A celebration of spice" proclaims the bottle, and it certainly delivers, laced with white pepper, potpourri, curry and exotic spices of all kinds. It's tangy, crunchy, harmonious, texture and delicious.
