The general consensus that Hilton BRG's team is doing their very best to reject BRG claims rather than facilitating claims has some truth in it.
That's my point (upthread). It's easier to forget about the BRG and assume its worthlessness than wage war over it and lose because Hilton is dedicated to finding loopholes.
