It should be in pounds. Given the recent work on AF IT, I strongly doubt that the price of the same ticket (with exactly the same fare bucket) originating in Paris would be different on the French or UK website after adjusting for the exchange rate. It could be that AF does not adjust its exchange rate to the minute, but they probably do it at least daily.
