I'm not familiar with that lounge nor its access requirements. But the Joan Miró lounge is certainly underwhelming, and it's the only one open to AA / US flyers; there is no oneworld lounge at BCN. (I'm not sure I've ever been blown away by anything AENA had its hands in. )
