Dinner

PBD: Water only

Nuts: Present and a bit overbaked.

Linens: On the table, in white. Liners on the food tray

Mains: 1) mushroom stuffed pasta 2) Teriyaki beef (with pineapple rice, carrots and snap peas)
served with rolls,small salad with greens, pine nuts and feta, and a rather strange (but actually good-tasting) cold chicken appetizer with pesto and grain-based salad (not quinoa)

Dessert: Cookies & Cream ice cream. ^

Mints: Present.^ Out of 5 AA/US segments in F so far this month, this was the only one that offered mints.

I had the beef. Should have been described as Salt served with Teriyaki beef, pineapple rice, carrots and snap peas. Beef was actually recognizable as being bovine in origin, so I'll give them that.

FA was up and working on service the whole flight - but mainly because of inefficiency. We were crossing the Mississippi before dinner was served. Overheard her say it was either her first time working the front cabin or her first time working the A321. She was definitely getting guidance from another FA
