Hoping that someone will double check my calculations as I try to decide whether to ticket on AF or DL.
Looking at doing Asia and Europe together and flying in AF premium economy.
In the past I've been able to get Delta to ticket these on DL ticket stock. And I've bought them on airfrance.us and had them ticket on 041 ticket stock.
Flying US to KUL returning SIN to Europe and then back to the US using AF.
The ticket prices out at about $3600 for base fare plus YR so I'd earn $3600 MQD if I can get it priced out by Delta (on a call).
Or I can purchase on airfrance.us in A for the same money but because it will be issued on 041 ticket stock I would earn 20% of the 22,000 base miles or $4400 MQD.
Am I working this out right?
