I agree. Just because people appear to be satisfied by the current offering, doesn't mean they might not be more satisfied by something better.

People may even be willing to pay (a little) more for something only marginally better - 2x2 seating with 34" pitch, for example.

If only BA would go back on the offensive and be more innovative again...
