You really think Rouge is worse than Allegiant?
I have only flown allegiant once 4 years ago, and suffered Spirit many moons ago.
Unfortunately I suffered Rouge 319 with a big whoops... UA flight was delayed so they put me on an AC flight. When i got to the gate it was Rouge.
Later i complained to UA that ROUGE was a charter crap airline, with subhuman conditions and demanded my money back. I also said that UA need to verbally WARN customers that Rouge is not a real airline and the customer need to verbally agree they want abuse suffering and a horrific flight.\
Oh and YES United did credit my flight back and apologized for the error. I wish they would make it a policy NOT to put real customers on Rouge flights.
