Avios? Asia Miles?
I have about 75000 points in Asia Miles and Silver status. I also have 50,000 points in AMEX. I know the transfer rate to Avios is 1:1 and to ASia Miles is 1:1.25.

If I want to travel from Shanghai to Toronto business/first class, what would be the best way to use the points?
