I don't know if there's a clean answer to this one.

I think of Rouge as sub-Westjet and sub-Jetblue, but still miles above Allegiant and Spirit. I don't have substantive reasons for this, but I've flown all of them and that's my impression.

You really think Rouge is worse than Allegiant?
