Over 70k spend last year(lot of MS) and the CSR would not budge on annual fee...they were more than willing to either close the card or downgrade to a fee free card.
I have this card stored in my serve(before serve killed cc loads). I am thinking of biting the annual fee for the sake of serve, wonder how long the serve load will last, if it lasts for the whole year i would make $396 (2.2% CB) which covers well over the annual fee.. still thinking
