Well, I was driven to a lounge to wait at least.
We waited in the lounge whilst they took our baggage tags and collected the luggage. Once they had done so, we were driven to immigration where we were ushered through the staff desk. Then we were reunited with the bags, and walked out into the arrivals hall where we met with our driver.
It might have been one of the other service providers, booked through our TA.
Maybe BA has opted for a different package.
