Two very important things to keep in mind-

(1) One does not normally need to SHOUT on FT by using all caps

(2) Photo ID has absolutely nothing to do with airline security or passenger safety (eg 19 of the 19 9/11 hijackers had govt issued photo ID). It has a lot to do with passengers exchanging tickets to save some time or money
