I spent three nights here a little over a week ago and had the exceptional Park Hyatt experience I was hoping for.

I found the staff professional, personable and helpful at every interaction but one -- and that was a waiter at breakfast who was so overly professional as to be cold, which just didn't fit with the relaxed vibe of the place.

Over our three nights we experienced dinner in the restaurant (exceptional), breakfast 2 of the 3 days (very, very good), the pool & gym (really nice), room service (prompt and thorough), cocktails in the bar (great, fun waiter), service by the concierge multiple times (impressive - and not all easy requests), assistance from the doormen to get cars during very busy times -- we put the hotel through its paces and all of it was delivered just the way I expect at a Park Hyatt. Classy, sophisticated, luxurious -- all delivered with a relaxed, helpful, attentive, smile.

I like this place. A lot.
