Kindness of skycap in assisting elderly traveler

My 89 year old aunt was flying ftom ATL to BWI on the Saturday morning before Christmas. She arrived at the airport at 7:00 A.M. for a 10:00 A.M. flight. Being the independent person she is, she took MARTA rather that have someone drive her. The line for AirTran was extremely long, and after standing there for about a half hour, a skycap came up and asked if she needed assistance. She told him she hadn't requested any, but he insisted. He put her in a wheelchair, took her right up to the counter, checked her bag, then right through security. He refused any compensation, saying he just wanted to help. Whoever the man is, we want him to know how much his help was appreciated. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/starsmilie.gif http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/thumbsup.gif http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/thumbsup.gif http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/thumbsup.gif
