The timeline is confusing because the first e-mail you've posted says they've reviewed your status on September 9th, implying that that's the date they reviewed your status and took it away.

But in that case, I have no sympathy for you. They gave you a status match for over 6 months and you credited no flights whatsoever? I would have done the same if I were them.

That being said, the length of time it took them to respond to your request is pretty awful.
