Common carrier airline passengers using the electronic kiosks (GE or Automated Passport Control kiosks) or Mobile Passport Control (MPC) app are no longer generally required to fill in that CBP paper customs form which you were so used to seeing previously.
Persons entitled to use APC or MPC is a much larger group of persons than those holding GE membership.
