I got a Virgin offer for £160 + 20.000 miles to upgrade from economy to business on the 787 on a day flight, which I declined. That's about as much as I would pay for overnight.

Surely I would not pay £450 - especially on BA. I value my comfort, but not that much. :P
I can think of dozens of ways to spend £450 rather than on a seat.
