I've always thought this practice reflected particularly poorly on properties (and not just at Hyatt). I can forgive properties that don't stock water on housekeeping carts, but jeez, it's less than ten cents a bottle retail if you shop around. When it's not restocked after the first night, the message I get is "you're worth $0.20 to us, but not $0.40."

Also drives me nuts when hotels stock separate, smaller bottles for the free water, but that's more of a topic for the Hilton forum...
