I am trying to redeem my Avios on AA from IAH. I have done so many times in the past with few problems. Now, I am searching award availability from to any of AA's domestic hubs, and I am finding absolutely nothing 3-4 months in the future. AA shows plenty of saver award availability on their website from IAH, and if I check other nearby cities, such as Austin or San Antonio, I have no problem using Avios.

Could this be some kind of glitch? I've tried to call the US customer service office, but I'm receiving a busy signal. Can I even contact customer service by email, to have them investigate?
