For the JFK-MXP flight but not vv, USA DOT IDB compensation rules should apply. The airline is supposed to solicit volunteers first and then pay specified monetary compensation (not vouchers) for anyone IDBed against their will. [Comp can be zero if you don't arrive sufficiently late at your destination.] For VDBs, it's whatever the passenger can negotiate. Also, the CoC should state the carrier's procedures and priority ordering rules for IDBs exUSA.
