Just to follow up, after I PM-ed Gold Passport here about inappropriate breakfast charges, they sent a message to the PHNY Front Office management asking them to follow up with me. A few days later, the PHNY team did indeed reach out to me and refunded the overages. It took several days, but I should at least give them credit for making it right (eventually).

Checked out yesterday, and while most of our diamond breakfast was comped (we made sure to spend less than $38pp), they still wanted ~$18/day for tax and gratuity. I tried telling the front desk that tax and gratuity are supposed to be covered by the program, to no avail.
