Cutting it close as I'm trying to book a flight for May 14th.

May 9 - AMEX USA 115k

May 10 - Called KF and was told they could hold the seats if I agreed no 15% discount. Hold is only for one day. Was also told they could expedite the transfer. They asked for an AMEX confirmation code which AMEX does not provide and reps can't find.
May 10 - AMEX USA 45K

May 12 - 160K Posted 1AM ET. 2 hours after the hold was released and the seats disappeared.

Has anyone had experience with this expedite business?
