This is one area that Hyatt can work on - SPG and Hilton give free bottled water to their members, Hyatt needs to consider a bottle or two a day inclusion, at least for Platinum & Diamond members.
Most of my recent stays are at a Hyatt property that has no lounge, so taking extra from the lounge isn't an option.
... or they could stand up for being more environmentally friendly (as they seem to suggest they are) and refuse to provide bottled water to anyone including the lounge, as single use water bottles are rather horrific for our environment. In addition, most bottled water is not any better than tap water in a majority of the US's major cities. Instead, those who "need" water that isn't from the tap could possibly bring their own aluminum bottles?
