Nothing has changed for UberX, yet. You won't be picked up at any LAX terminal. Personally knowing (airport commissioner) Jackie Goldberg, I wouldn't bet on things changing very soon. Things move very slowly in Los Angeles politics and the city council doesn't have this at the top of their agenda, either.
