Dunno, I would not expect the PHX-LAX in "O" class to combine with the rest of the flights in "Q" class. It might have been a fluke, or the availability or fare rules might have changed.
Also, that's EWR-LAX, so obviously my JFK-LAX query (based on what you wrote in your initial post) would not have picked it up.
