It was explained to me (when I asked about the LACK of a free-access bar) that the order would be taken and the server would bring the beverage. All done behind the scenes.

No particular issue at all. I quite enjoyed the offerings - both the food and the bev. Nice way to offer tuna sannys

I mention this because it seems to be outside of my normal set of experiences. Yesterday at the 1st class lounge in DXB I was in a typical situation: free access to all beverages and foods. I selected etc. A seerver offered to carry my "shot" of champas to my seating while I proceeded to make a food selection. Nice touch that I rarely experience. Thanks Qatar/OW ^

DXB offered nice champas and nice sushi at 7 pm. Similar sushi and champas offerings before @ 7 am - but the hot breakfast certainly differed from the hot "dinner" offerings
