Disagree with the premise. The new "food court" in T7 actually has quality establishments, albeit with limited menus. While The Counter is so-so, both Loteria Grill and bld are both very good local casual restaurants with good food. bld executive chef is Neal Fraser, highly respected. Understand that airport locations are not as good as original restaurants, but still very good for an airport.
