I'm baffled by the A350 layout on QR.

For anyone familiar with it - why does it need such a large galley at the back of the plane to serve economy food? See here: http://www.qatarairways.com/iwov-res...atmap-A350.pdf

It also has a galley midway through economy. I can't help but think consolidating into one galley (that seems could serve the entire economy cabin) and moving the toilets to the back, would add something like 20 more seats in economy.

I feel the A350 set of planes has been built too small especially the -900s.
