I was getting push-back as well from three Targets here in my area when trying to load with a gift card. Previously none of the employees cared, so they are obviously being told to start checking the "debit" cards more carefully. Because of these recent encounters I have decided to close some of my Redbird accounts and will re-open Serve. My local Kates don't discriminate against gift cards...
