yeah, definitely call back. In my experience, most AA agents are dumb or clueless when it comes to partner redemptions. I had one tell me last month when it took about 36 hours to ticket that it can be ticketed any time between the request and fly date. To which I responded that I don't want to wait 3 months and the award space not even be there anymore and she replied "well, I hope it doesn't take 3 months, but there is nothing I can do." (her exact words)
