I have read the Asiamiles earn chart, but just want to clarify the below:

HKG-NRT AA codeshare operated by CX (100%) regardless of booking class
NRT-LAX AA codeshare operated by JL (100%) regardless of booking class
LAX-NRT AA booked and operate
HND-HKG JL codeshare operated by CX (50%)

In other words, any OW journeys ticketed as AA should always yield 100% miles according to the chart (with the few exceptions noted not applicable in my case)?

Also, the interesting issue, particularly on the last flight, is if CX is S class, then I earn only 25%, while booking the same flight using JL, I get 50%? The AA fare option on this leg might not be available due to availability.
