Exactly! not a single plat/1k has posted saying that post april 15 they were not charged for a redeposit. so i would presume that's 100% of the plat/1k deposit requests are being erroneously charge, that is not a "relatively small number".
I have cancelled an award ticket after 4/15 and have not been charged any fee...so definitely not 100% are being charged. I was on the itinerary, so not a ticket solely for a non 1K traveler.
