I agree, the customer service at five or six of the eight Andaz locations I've been to has been great. (Eternal gratitude to Andaz Fifth Ave for help when I needed it!) I just don't care for customer service, other than the utterly invisible kind. But I certainly understand that some people do like it. Perhaps someday, I'll value it.
