It doesn't seem horrible at all to me. I usually buy 10,000 points for $56 during the promotions. With this you get $50 of Dunkin' Donuts Card for 10,000 points. I would say that is a pretty good rate, especially when IHG pays to ship you the card. For somebody that has lots of points and never uses them, and likes Dunkin' Donuts, this is a pretty good way to cash them out at almost the same rate it costs to buy them (during discount sales).

Now, the "11,000 Points $25 Dunkin' DonutsŪ Card" fits your critique perfectly.
