If you go for a meal or drink at the Boston Hilton, they will check your bags in there for you. And/or a fat tip to the concierge. The Hilton is connected by walkways directly to some terminals (including E, used by BA) and indirectly to the other terminals. It's a bit of a hike however, there is a shuttle bus service too.
