What does no blackout dates mean? I'm trying to book a hotel in Lijiang China. Neither of the two IHG hotels in Lijiang show any availability on any dates ever. This looks to me like a complete blackout on Reward Nights. Are the hotels allowed to do this? If not, how can a member get IHG to do something about this?
