Just a follow-up: I've used AlaskaListens.com a few times now, for both compliments and complaints. In all cases, I received a reply, and in one specific case, I had a station manager actually email me, assure me that specific steps were taken with the staff member in question so that the situation wouldn't happen again, and sent me a discount code for next time.
I've been satisfied with the response so far. (Did I just jinx myself?)
