So...about those refunds...

I searched this thread for "refund" but didn't get all the information I needed.

If I'm reading everything correctly here, it seems that you can call and ask for a refund once you have the cards. Do they put it back on your card or mail you a check (I've seen both written here...)? What reasons will they accept as to why you want a refund?

Got hung out with 4k, don't want to have to go through hoops to spend it, would rather get a refund and get on with other methods.
