I haven't submitted a ticket for the Monday one b/c it hasn't been 7 days yet, but am I likely to get the money? It's not a lot, $3k each, so $90, but I need that money now to offset the VGC fees!
When it happens, file a claim with TCP immediately instead of waiting 7 days later. The claim will be put on ice status and will be sent to AMEX automatically after 7 days. The claim should be resolved within 3-4 weeks. The best practice ordering AGC nowadays is to log into your Amex account first before clicking through TCP. YMMV.
