How do you plan to get your 2,500 miles bonus? That's a $250 spend using Apple Pay. I shop at Sprouts a lot, so I think I'll pick up a $250 gift card and take care of it in one shot.
Other quick options is gift cards at walgreens or a chevron gas card.
