Why? Because I'm not a single young guy...
Also, based on my understanding.
1) Quit within first year (or pushed out) - pay back relo
2) Have to leave the US of A within 2 weeks if I quit/get fired
3) Main reason: I'm married. Mrs. SAP has a gig here and she's starting her career. We'd have to start over if we move and she'd make half as much with barely any pension
So yes, if I were single, I would have moved ages ago
