The F train from 57th Street to Union Turnpike/Kew Gardens should take about 25 minutes from the time you actually board the train.

The Q10 from Kew Gardens to JFK Terminal 5 takes about 40 minutes; the Q10 Limited a few minutes less.

If you are not departing from T5, allow a few more minutes to ride the AirTrain (for free) to your departure terminal.
The OP could also take the E from 53rd Street/7th Avenue to Union Turnpike/Kew Gardens. It may be a little quicker than the F at that time of the evening.
