Ugh, well I'm glad it's not just me, but sorry this is happening to you all too! I hope it works out for all of us in the end!

Honestly, now that I know Am Ex will refund the money once you have the cards in hand, I may do that if TCB doesn't give me the cashback. I just assume use my CC directly to buy the VGC's instead of an AGC if I'm not getting the cashback!
